A New York City Police Department wireless video recorder attached to a lamp post is seen on Knickerbocker Avenue April 17, 2006 in the Brooklyn borough of New York City. The set of cameras along Knickerbocker Ave. are the first installation of what will be 500 high-tech security cameras around the city.
