Sectarian Violence Continues in Baghdad

Fourteen people were killed in Baghdad today when a bomb exploded outside a Sunni mosque. Two civilians lost their lives when a suicide bomber struck a police patrol in Mosul. And five died when gunmen opened fire on a minivan on its way to Karbala.

Each day, we're bombarded by the numbers coming out of Iraq. The number of troops killed or the number of insurgents captured tells us a lot about the state of the war.

But there are other numbers that can help give us insight into life in Iraq today.
