After the hurricanes: Dr. Jon Hallberg returns to Louisiana

A year ago, in the wake of Hurricaines Katrina and Rita, a team of Minnesota medical providers answered the call to provide assistance to those affected in the Gulf Coast. Jon Hallberg, All Things Considered's regular medical analyst, was one of the doctors who headed south and helped out. Tom Crann spoke with Dr. John Hallberg from the First Baptist Church in Abbeville, LA., the same location from a year earlier and asked how the town has changed since then.
