Is KIPP the answer for Twin Cities schools?
Students wear t-shirts that read inspirational messages during class at the "Knowledge is Power Program" (KIPP) Academy in The Bronx, New York. Inspirational messages are worn and also posted all over the classrooms and hallways to serve as a reminder of their continual success.
