Statistics offer little reassurance in Twin Cities neighborhoods

While the murders in Minneapolis and the attacks in St. Paul have residents on edge, statistics show crime has declined steadily in Minnesota and across the country over the last decade.

That's probably little comfort to people of St. Paul's East Side.
