(AP) - St. Cloud police are investigating the discovery of more racist symbols found on the St. Cloud State University campus.

In the latest incident on Monday, residence hall staff found three Ks cut out of construction paper and taped in an elevator - possibly a reference to the Ku Klux Klan.

Police have no suspects in the case, which is similar to the discovery last school year of several swastikas in various locations on campus.

Police Sgt. Jerry Edblad says officers were called to Shoemaker Hall about 11:45 p.m.

Police are investigating whether there is a link to the swastika cases.

In late 2007 and early 2008, more than a dozen swastikas and other racist images were carved or scrawled on walls, elevators and bathroom stalls on the university campus in central Minnesota.
