Governor Tim Pawlenty and Minnesota business and health care leaders discuss the potential for health reforms that build on private markets and on the implementation of reforms passed during the 2008 legislative session.
The conference, "Market-based Reforms in Health Care: The Next Step," was convened last week by the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance at the U of M's Humphrey Institute.
