Mark Ritchie talks about the recount decision
Democrat Al Franken's lead in the U.S. Senate election has increased to 312 votes. Election officials added the results of 351 improperly rejected votes to the overall count today and now the three-judge panel presiding over the election challenge will focus on other issues raised by Republican Norm Coleman.
