The head of the International Monetary Fund, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, speaks to the National Press Club about the global economic meltdown and its impact on low-income countries.

Dominique Strauss-Kahn has been managing director of the IMF since November of 2007. He's also worked as a corporate lawyer and an economics professor, and he served three terms in the National Assembly of France.
