Taxes and health care lead agenda at Capitol

Despite veto warnings from Gov. Tim Pawlenty, Democrats in the Minnesota House and Senate passed new tax increases last week. And they're expected to give the Republican governor another veto target today with the passage of a large finance bill for Health and Human Services programs. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio Capitol reporter Tim Pugmire.
