Wis. health department confirms 3 H1N1 flu cases

The state health department says the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed three cases of H1N1 flu in Wisconsin.

They are the state's first confirmed cases of the disease.

Two cases are from Milwaukee County, and the third is from Adams County.

A health department statement says the cases were announced as probable on Wednesday but not confirmed by the CDC until today.
