Minnesota has three more probable cases of H1N1 influenza.
The Minnesota Department of Health says testing has identified one case from Washington County and two in Hennepin County.
The Washington County case involves a pre-school program housed at Hugo Elementary School, which has no other classes in the building. The pre-school program was canceled Tuesday.
One of the Hennepin County cases involves a person linked to Lake Harriet Community School. District officials have decided to keep that school open as well.
The Health Department is still waiting for the CDC to confirm whether any of the state's nine probable cases are swine flu.
The Department says it will soon have the ability to confirm H1N1 cases in its own lab, instead of sending samples to the CDC in Atlanta. That means the department will no longer report cases as probable.
