Gov. Tim Pawlenty's decision that he will not run for reelection fuels the speculation that he will make a run for the Presidency in 2012. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with National Democratic strategist Craig Varoga who was former Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack's campaign manager during the last Presidential race.
