Segment 3: A tale of two wars

As a member of both Bush administrations, Richard Haass was involved in the decision-making process around both wars in Iraq. Haass is president of the Council on Foreign Relations and author of "War of Necessity, War of Choice." He was director of planning for the State Department from 2001-2003 and served on the National Security Council from 1989-1993.
