There's a court hearing Friday afternoon on a challenge to a settlement agreement between the state of Minnesota and a firm that makes a breathalyzer that police often use on drunk drivers. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Jennifer Ampulski, who's a partner with the law firm of Meagher and Greer. She's familiar with the issues in the case.
