Sheriff's Chief Deputy Terry Snyder said a fisherman reported the incident Sunday afternoon at about 5:30 p.m. Emergency personnel sent to the recovered a man's body about 6 p.m., but the other missing person hasn't been found.

Snyder estimated winds were at speeds of 25 to 35 mph and gusts of 40 to 45 mph at the time, causing large waves on the lake.

He said alcohol was not a factor in the incident.
