Double shooting in Duluth leaves one dead

A man was killed and another injured after a shooting in Duluth.

Lt. Scott Jenkins says police have a "person of interest" in custody, but it's not determined whether the person is a suspect.

Jenkins says a man shot in the head around 10 p.m. Sunday night died at St. Luke's hospital. A man shot in the leg is expected to survive.

Leonte Graves, a friend of the deceased victim, says a group was involved in an earlier dispute over a loose dog, but police appeared to have settled it.
