When Minnesota Sen. Al Franken finally got his chance to question Supreme Court nominee Sonya Sotamayor today, he delved into the issue of net neutrality, which deals with the regulation of the Internet.

Judge Sonya Sotomayor did not give an opinion on the issue of net neutrality. Instead she said the court will take its guidance from Congress.

MPR's Tom Crann talked with University of Minnesota law professor William McGeveran, who said the policies regulating the Internet are in a state of flux.
