Road closures in Mounds View starting this weekend
Motorists may encounter congestion and delays on northbound Interstate 35W between Anoka County Road 10 and U.S. Highway 10 in Mounds View on Sunday.
Traffic will be restricted to a single lane between 6 a.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday, as crews make pavement repairs. In addition, the following ramps will be closed:
Westbound Highway 10 to northbound I-35W
County Road H2 to northbound I-35W
Northbound I-35W to County Road I
County Road I to northbound I-35W
Detour routes will be posted.
The state's Department of Transportation has advised motorists to plan their trips by visiting www.511mn.org or calling 511. The online and phone service provides current traffic, construction, weather and travel information.
