This week, the University of Minnesota Extension, formerly known as the Extension Service, is celebrating its centennial.  For 100 years, Extension has taken the knowledge gathered through research at the university and delivered it to the people of Minnesota.  MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Bev Durgan, the Dean of the University of Minnesota Extension.
