Finding court forms and paying some traffic tickets is now easier online with a new redesign for Minnesota courts' Web site.
The site, http://www.mncourts.gov, includes questionnaires for prospective jurors and downloadable forms for divorce, child support and other common cases. There's also easy access to case records and court calendars.
Residents of Dakota, Hennepin and Ramsey counties can pay fines online. There are plans to add more counties.
State Court Administrator Sue Dosal says the online makeover should make the courts more efficient. She says they're pursuing other upgrades, such as allowing officers to submit traffic citations electronically and automating the recording of fines paid.
Court spokesman John Kostouros says more than four million people visited the Web site in the past year.
