Minnesota lawmaker's role in health care overhaul

It's a big day for the health reform debate in Congress. The Senate Finance Committee is scheduled to vote on bill to overhaul the U.S. health insurance system. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with professor Steven Smith.
