St. Paul police chief to retire at end of term

St. Paul Police Chief John Harrington has announced that he will not seek another six-year term as chief. Harrington was hired as a St. Paul police officer in 1977. He became chief in 2004. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Chief Harrington.
