Health care overhaul passes key vote in Senate

Senate Democrats won a crucial test vote on President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, putting them on track for passage before Christmas. If the Senate passes the measure, the bill will have to be harmonized with the House version before heading to the president's desk. Former Minnesota Republican Sen.
