Speculation about Mauer deal growing

Twins fans are buzzing this morning because of a report that Joe Mauer may be ready to ink a 10-year contract with the Minnesota Twins. The 26-year-old catcher was the American League's Most Valuable Player last season and his current contract with the team runs out at the end of the 2010 season. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with La Velle Neal, who covers baseball for the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
