Body of Twin Cities man found north of Duluth

The body of a 44-year-old Twin Cities man with mental health issues has been found north of Duluth. Preliminary information indicates he died of exposure.

The Duluth News Tribune reports Tuesday that the St. Louis County Sheriff's Department found the body of Stephen Douglas Brockway of Roseville just after noon.

He was in a forested area about 45 miles north of Duluth called the Jenkins Creek Grouse Management Area.

Brockway was considered a vulnerable adult. He was last seen at relative's house on Jan. 21, but he wasn't reported missing until Monday when authorities found his unattended car covered in snow in Bassett Township.
