Conservative group focuses on migration from Minn.
A conservative foundation is looking at the reasons people move away from Minnesota and how it hurts the state's budget.
The Freedom Foundation of Minnesota releases a report on migration to other states on Wednesday at the Capitol.
The report focuses on the numbers of people who have left the state, the cost in tax revenue and where they go. The group will also make recommendations to state leaders for preventing people from leaving Minnesota.
