Police make arrest in death of Eau Claire teen
Chippewa Falls police have made an arrest in the death of a 17-year-old boy whose body was found on the bank of the Chippewa River this week.
Chippewa Falls interim police chief John Liddell says officers arrested a 30-year old Chippewa Falls man on Friday night.
Liddell says he was booked into the Chippewa County Jail on a charge of hiding a corpse. He says the man was an acquaintance of Jason A. Grau.
Grau's body was found Wednesday near the Highway 124 bridge on Xcel Energy property.
