State budget deficit narrows to $994 million

The state's budget deficit has narrowed from a projected $1.2 billion to just under $1 billion. Former State Finance Commissioner Pam Wheelock and former DFL Sen. Majority Leader Roger Moe join Midday to discuss the new forecast and what it means for the legislative session.
