Moorhead conducts post-flood survey
Now that the Red River has dropped below major flood stage, Moorhead officials are asking residents about how the city should respond to future floods.
The city is surveying more than 1,000 households along the Red. Those residents will receive a postcard this week about the survey.
The survey is Web-based, but a paper copy will be made available if it's requested.
Residents have until next Thursday to complete the survey. Results are expected to be released in mid-April.
