Tonight's Twins game postponed due to rain

Tonight's scheduled baseball game between the Minnesota Twins and the Baltimore Orioles at Target Field in Minneapolis has been postponed because of rain.

It will be made up Saturday night starting at 7:10 as part of a split day/night doubleheader. The first game will be played at 12:10 p.m. Saturday as originally scheduled.

Fans holding tickets to tonight's game can use those tickets for entry to Saturday night's game.

This is the first game to be postponed because of weather at the open-air Target Field, and the first home rainout for the Twins since Sept. 20, 1980, when they played at Metropolitan Stadium.
