Minn. trucker indicted on child porn charges

A southern Minnesota trucker has been charged for allegedly taking a child across the country to make pornographic videos.

A federal indictment unsealed Thursday alleges that Kenneth Leon Wilcox took a child on trucking trips to five states in 2007 and 2008. During the trips, Wilcox allegedly forced the child to engage in sexually explicit conduct while being videotaped, according to the indictment filed in U.S. District Court in Minneapolis.

Wilcox, 43, of Truman, Minn., has been charged with five counts of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity and five counts of production of child pornography.

If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
