Gaertner endorses Entenza in Minn. governor's race

Former Democratic gubernatorial candidate Susan Gaertner is supporting Matt Entenza over two rivals in the race for Minnesota governor.

Gaertner dropped out in April, saying she didn't want to be a "spoiler" after House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher became the first woman to win the DFL Party's endorsement for governor.

Entenza, Kelliher andac former U.S. Sen. Mark Dayton are running in the Aug. 10 Democratic primary.

On Tuesday, Gaertner appeared with Entenza at a Capitol news conference, where they said she will serve as his campaign chairwoman and campaign for him.

The Ramsey County attorney says she sees Entenza as the moderate among the three candidates.
