The hunt for an AIDS vaccine

Experts gathered this week in Vienna at an international AIDS conference, and there was good news about a vaginal gel that could prevent transmission of the HIV virus. But scientists are still looking for what some have called the Holy Grail of AIDS prevention: a vaccine.
