Woman found dead on Duluth railroad tracks
A 48-year-old woman was found dead on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad tracks in Duluth on Monday, police said.
Duluth police officers found the woman on the tracks near New Page Paper Mill on Monday morning.
"At this time the death appears to be accidental, but police are investigating," the police department said in a statement released Monday.
Police have asked that anyone with information or anyone that was in the area after 9 p.m. Sunday to call investigators at 218-730-5050.
