Bridge collapse victim Garrett Ebling speaks after settlement
Garrett Ebling was on the 35W bridge when it collapsed on Aug. 1, 2007, and is one of the victims that settled with a California engineering firm that was working on the span. He says the accident broke many of the bones in his face and that his skull is still stiched together by metal plates, including one above his nose.
