Weekend shooting victim in St. Paul identified
Investigators say an argument at a party preceded a fatal shooting outside an apartment building in St. Paul.
Officers responded to several reports of gunshots about 3:30 a.m. Sunday and found the body of Jose Anthony Rivera. Police say the 21-year-old man had been shot several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Another man had been shot in the leg. His injuries weren't life threatening.
KARE-TV reports a police dog was used to track down two suspects. The two men are being held in the Ramsey County Jail.
