Cass Lake-Bena superintendent dies in crash

The interim superintendent for the Cass Lake-Bena School District has died in a car crash.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 66-year-old Diane Lehse of Menaga was killed when her car collided head-on with a semitrailer on Highway 34 west of Walker Sunday afternoon.

The Pioneer of Bemidji says the semi driver and a passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries.
