1 person fatally shot in St. Paul
St. Paul police say a fatal shooting on the city's east side is apparently the result of an ongoing feud between the victim and at least one of two suspects.
Authorities say the shooting happened about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. Investigators say 28-year-old Joseph John Sanchez was shot multiple time in an alley. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
There have been no arrests.
