Man dies in tractor rollover in western Minn.
A 24-year-old Ulen man is dead after the tractor he was using to move snow rolled, trapping him.
The Clay County sheriff's office identifies the victim as Jake Fuglie.
The Forum of Fargo, N.D., reports first responders were called to a home about a mile west of Ulen, in western Minnesota, about 1 p.m. Tuesday. A tractor was used to pull the tractor off Fuglie.
He died at the scene.
