Minneapolis officials want residents to look
up when they're walking outside.


      Higher-than-normal temperatures on Wednesday were causing heavy
chunks of ice and snow to fall from buildings.


      Minneapolis Assistant Fire Chief Cherie Penn tells KSTP-TV ice
and snow is falling off of many of the city's buildings with angled
roof tops or buildings with unusual exteriors.


      Beth Towl of Minneapolis tells KSTP she now knows the dangers of
falling ice and snow. She was hit in the shoulder as she walked out
of Minneapolis City Hall.


      Towl's advice: "You just got to make sure you're looking where
you're standing."
