Gov. Dayton addresses the budget situation
Gov. Mark Dayton speaks to the media at the state Capitol after the February state budget forecast was announced. The forecast has improved to a $5 billion deficit in the next two-year budget cycle from an earlier project deficit of $6.2 billion.
