Now that the flood threat has passed on the St. Croix River, the Stillwater Lift Bridge is resuming its normal summer schedule for the boating season.

The summer schedule goes into effect at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Depending on the day of the week and time of day, the bridge usually will be raised to let boats through every 30 or 60 minutes from 8 a.m. to midnight. The Minnesota Department of Transportation has posted the full schedule online.

The summer schedule will remain in place until around Oct. 15.

The Stillwater Lift Bridge was closed for 10 days earlier this month due to flooding on the St. Croix. It reopened to road traffic on April 18.
