Pa. man sentenced for stealing from Best Buy Co.

A Pennsylvania man convicted of stealing more than $900,000 from Minnesota-based Best Buy Co. has been sentenced to four years in federal prison.

Joseph Anthony Graziola III, of Lititz, Pa., was sentenced Wednesday. The U.S. Attorney's office in St. Paul says the 36-year-old pleaded guilty to two counts of mail fraud in Minnesota federal court.

As part of a plea agreement Graziola admitted that he submitted fraudulent invoices to Best Buy on behalf of his shipping company, for shipments that were never sent.

Prosecutors say Graziola also pleaded guilty to three counts of mail fraud in Pennsylvania federal court. They say he promised to help customers delete unfavorable items from their credit reports but failed to do so.

A message left with Graziola's public defender Thursday was not immediately returned.
