8 kids hurt when semi and bus collide in NW Minn.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a semi-trailer has collided with a school bus in northwestern Minnesota, causing the bus to overturn. The eight children on the bus were taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened Tuesday about 7:30 a.m. near Roseau. Troopers say the semi rear-ended the bus as the bus was making a turn.
KKWQ-FM reports that neither the bus driver nor truck driver was hurt.
The truck driver was a 76-year-old man from Fargo, N.D. He was cited for failing to use due care.
