Book pick: Henning Mankell's 'The Fifth Woman'
Kerri's Pick of the Week is 'The Fifth Woman' by Scandinavian crime writer Henning Mankell. It's the sixth book featuring Mankell's most famous character, Inspector Kurt Wallander, a police officer in the small Swedish town of Ystad.
"I love the atmospheric moodiness of the landscape," Kerri said. "And his character reflects that. I love how imperfect Kurt Wallander is."
This time, Wallander must find a connection between the murders of five women in Algeria and the death of a car dealer in Sweden.
