State lawmakers have reached their first self-imposed deadline for committees to take initial action on bills, but it's still not clear which issues are actually dead for the session.
The Vikings stadium bill is among those measures still clinging to life. There could be some movement this week on a proposed constitutional amendment, and a bonding bill also appears to be taking shape.
