St. Paul Police ID man found dead
St. Paul Police have identified a man who was found dead early Monday as Andrew William Braun, 38, of St. Paul.
Emergency workers found Braun on the front porch of a house in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood shortly before 2 a.m. Police said Braun was the victim of an "apparent homicide" and that his death does not appear to be the result of a "random act."
Police said investigators are working with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office to determine what caused Braun's death.
