What does Wis. recall mean for November elections?

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker survived the recall vote Tuesday, becoming the first governor to survive such an election. Some analysts called the recall the second most important U.S. election of the year because it could indicate which way the political wind is blowing in a key battleground state before November.

John Nichols, Washington correspondent for The Nation and associate editor of the Capital Times in Madison, Wis., will join The Daily Circuit Wednesday to discuss the recall's implications on other elections this fall.

"If the embattled governor does prevail, he will provide essential evidence not of his own appeal but of the power of money to define our politics," Nichols wrote for The Nation.

Matt Lewis, senior contributor for The Daily Caller and editor of "The Quotable Rogue: The Ideals of Sarah Palin In Her Own Words," will also join the discussion.
