Woman found dead in Mpls. parking ramp

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- An adult woman has been found lying dead in a downtown Minneapolis parking structure, and homicide investigators are treating the death as suspicious.

Minneapolis police Sgt. Stephen McCarty says someone called police Saturday about 9 p.m. to report a possible stabbing at the Downtown Auto Park ramp.

McCarty says a security guard apparently found the victim, who died at the scene. McCarty says he doesn't believe the act was random.

A WCCO-TV report says police are still looking for leads.
